Each shelf carries an NFC sticker holding the SKU kept there. To label a shelf, tap an item in the Items list below and write it to a blank tag; hold the top of the iPhone against any tag to read back what is shelved there. The two buttons work in either order.
Short count or damaged stock? Attach a short clip to the selected item and open it full screen, and the manager sees what you saw. Counts are saved on this phone; a clip is not — it lives in the app's temporary storage and is gone after the app is closed, so record it and show it in the same sitting.
